about
Micromort is a Speculative Design project, realised during the Final Synthesis Laboratory in the Communication Design Bachelor'sdegree course at Politecnico di Milano.

As a project of this scale, the team started from the definition of a dystopian scenario (which had to revolve around the theme of death) to develop an interactive installation.

The result is a Death Stock Exchange set in a scenario in which death becomes a source of income in which to invest. The ultimate goal, however, as a speculative design project, is to provoke the viewer to reflect on the theme.

If it is not true that all deaths are equal, why are some worth more and others less?
